Hotel small but cousy. Jist our room was really dirty , breakfast not fresh at all.. looks like fried egg was cooked since yesterday, hash brown hard to eat. Just only one plus for this stay was a location. We had a concert in Olimpic Theatre , so it was 5 min walk .

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed, the room had no AC, the window opened about an inch, the room was like a closet with a shower, very disapointed and we weren't alone. Many people were not happy. We whn't for the Notre Dame Navy game. The price we paid was abot $400.00 dollars per night

Situated on quite street and only a 2 minute walk from the Temple Bar area, couldn’t have been better. Excellent restaurants within walking distance, Dublin Castle and Christ Church Cathedral just around the corner. We found all the staff, from the cleaners to the receptionists, all very friendly and welcoming. Our room (409) was small but adequate. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen. The room was on the top floor and was very warm, even though the heating wasn’t on. The room was full equipped, hairdryer, safe, coffee machine, kettle, fan, iron and ironing board etc. There was no air con, so the fan was very welcome and we were able to open the window. The view from the room was awful, 🙈 BUT, it was very interesting nonetheless. 😊 We didn’t spend that much time in the room anyway, but we had a daily visitor to the sill outside, a young seagull no doubt. 😂 As a wheelchair user, I found access to the facilities easy enough. There is wheelchair access just 30 feet (approx) from the main entrance and a wheelchair lift in the lobby to access the main lift. I didn’t use my wheelchair for breakfast though and as it’s on a different floor there could be a problem there, if you are a wheelchair user you should maybe check beforehand. Breakfast was adequate. The fruit was very fresh and I especially recommend the yogurt. On a personal note, the only disappointment for me, was that there was no fried soda or fadge 🙈 and I like my egg sunny side up and not folded over. Apart from that, breakfast was great, very tasty. 🤤 Now for the caveat: on the first night our car was parked in a disabled bay not far from the hotel entrance. Someone tried, but failed to break into it. I want to point out that this is no fault of the hotel, as it’s not on the hotel grounds. The hotel do recommend you park in a particular car park a few 100 yards away, which offer hotel residence a discount. After what happened us the first night, I also would recommend this.

First the good points. Very central. A few minutes walk to temple bar. But in a very calm quiet area. Reception was very friendly. Room was big and comfortable. At the time I stayed, this hotel was one of best offers for this location. My only critic would be about the room and TV. It might need some renovation soon.

A few minutes walk to Temple Bar but in a quiet area. Lots of places to eat or shop around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Reception was friendly. At the time we stayed, it had one of the best prices in the area.
